  • /help answers first, tries the DM, and if that fails (DMs off, or Discord's "no mutual guilds" refusal) edits its answer to show the help itself, visible only to the member. Used in a DM with the bot it just replies.
  • The failure log now says where the command came from (guild, context, install type), to diagnose the case where the member does share a server with the bot.
  • Tests cover the DM, the fallback and the DM-with-the-bot paths.
