chore: rename keystone to draft d7e4c554d8

Rename the module, CLI command name, and all references from
keystone/basalt to draft, and fix the stale build/README content
found along the way.

Merge branch 'main' into dev: bring in keystone->draft rename 613efed0f2

Resolves conflicts with dev's install-logic commit by keeping draft's
module path/binary names and dropping a stray junk file (.cursor/test.txt).
